“ i go to this shake shack all the time, and it’s totally epic-sauce. the manager is super chill and that one sebastien guy is flipping crazy. last time i went, he did a backflip, but this time he did a front flip. everyone was flipping out i couldn’t believe what i had seen. the food was good, too. i recommend the mango-tea lemonade, guys ”

The Castle Rock location was clean, family friendly, the food is fresh, and the staff were amazing. Tanner went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. “ Came here today for just some quick food, and it did not disappoint! It was actually my first time trying Shake Shack, so I was pleasantly surprised. To start, I was able to order off a kiosk, no human interaction, and for an introvert like me, that's a feature I enjoyed. The atmosphere was also nice, with your definitely upper fast food looks. When I got my food, it wasn't terribly priced, also not the most affordable thing, but the food made up for it! When I say this is the freshest fast food burger I've ever had, I'm not kidding. It was very hot, the ingredients were all very fresh tasting, and I couldn't have asked for anything differently. I ordered the bacon cheese burger, in which the Patty's were extremely juicy, with a tender outer crust. The bacon was crispy, I was a fan, and the cheese aside from being American was (well) melted to comfort all sides of the patty. Overall, I've had a great experience at shake shack, I can't wait to return! ”

TBH, it’s not my favorite shake; the chocolate shake has a pretty heavy cocoa flavor. However, Shake Shack remains one of our favorite fast food places! Please bring one to Loveland, CO! ”
“ Our food was delicious. My burger was wonderful and my husband loved the chicken sandwich. Staff was so polite and courteous. Keilani walked through the restaurant asking customers if their food was good and if she could do anything for them as she was cleaning tables and chairs. As we were leaving she thanked us and offered to fill up our drinks. Her manager also walked through the restaurant and spoke with a family who had a question about how the burgers were cooked.... Medium or medium rare.... She wasn’t complaining, but he offered to cook another burger for her, to which she said no. She said that her burger was fine and she was just wondering but he offered again to cook a new burger for her. It was so refreshing to see great customer service! ”

“ The hamburgers are delicious! My favorite place to grab a hamburger. The whole family loves sharing chicken bites and French fries. Shakes are so delicious that I had to get one for myself after almost finishing my kiddos shake. The price is expensive for fast food and I’ve never had to tip at a fast food place but did at this place, making my bill over 60 for a family of 4. Ill return because the food is really really good, however, I understand the price for how yummy it is! ”
